At So Matcha, we always strive to offer the finest quality matcha and provide a satisfying shopping experience for our customers. However, we understand that certain situations may require a return or exchange.

  • Food products (like matcha) cannot be returned or exchanged for health and food safety reasons, except in the following cases:

    • The product arrives damaged or unusable.

    • Receiving an incorrect product that was not ordered.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and the packaging must remain intact.

  • We will send a replacement product at our expense, based on the customerโ€™s preference.
